1. Magazines and Catalogs: A variety of magazines and catalogs that cover a wide range of interests and themes, such as travel, lifestyle, health, business, and fashion. These can be used to cut out images, words, and phrases.
2. Personal Photos: Any personal photos that represent significant moments, achievements, or aspirations. These could include printed photos of family, friends, places they've visited, or anything that inspires them.
3. Scissors and Glue: Basic crafting tools for cutting out images and adhering them to the vision board. Participants may prefer to bring their own to ensure they have tools they are comfortable using.
4. Markers, Pens, and Highlighters: A selection of writing tools for adding personal notes, quotes, goals, or artistic elements to their vision board.
5. Stickers and Decorative Elements: Stickers, washi tape, and other decorative elements to embellish the vision board and make it visually appealing.
